View the live scheduleEvery OKBLive session is built to be simple, effective, and easy to follow. Classes combine warmups, kickboxing combinations, bodyweight movement, and cooldown stretches. Each session builds upon the last, combining technical skill, high-intensity cardio, and the collective energy of our community.
5-Minute Warm-up
Start with simple movements that wake up the body, raise your heart rate, and get you ready to train. The warm-up helps loosen the shoulders, hips, legs, and core so you can move safely and feel ready for the workout.
20-Minute Work-out
This is the main work. You’ll follow live coaching through kickboxing combinations, footwork, defensive movement, kicks, knees, and bodyweight exercises. The workout is built to help you burn calories, build endurance, learn real skills, and keep moving at your own pace.
5-Minute Cooldown
Slow things down with guided stretches and recovery movements to bring your heart rate down and help your body reset. The cooldown helps improve flexibility, reduce tension, and leave you feeling accomplished instead of drained.
